SVP - Markets Issue Management

Team / Role Overview

This role will support on time and effective remediation via engagement with peers in the Markets business and stakeholders across the 2nd and 3rd lines of defense, includingernance and associated reporting, across the full issue life cycle.

What you'll do

• Support effective issue management, including issue identification, root cause analysis / evaluation, remediation, closure, monitoring, reporting, change management and escalation to promoteprehensive, consistent, accurate, and timely issue resolution
• Support Markets IQC / IQA engagement across the full lifecycle of high severity issue remediations and key remediation programs
• Act as a key resource for Markets Issue owners to advise and support on the effective design and implementation of key control remediations
• Partner with colleagues to build highly effective relationships across the Markets business to ensure remediation design and implementation is effectively project managed and executed in co-ordination with second and third lines
• Improve IA engagement by promoting awareness and knowledge of IA methodology
• Support the IQC / IQA program for Markets, ensuring adherence with relevant policies and procedures
