Job description

CNC Setter

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator / Setter to join a successful manufacturing company based near Alton. This is a full time permanent position.

Responsibilities :

  • Setting and operating two difference CNC Machines
  • Working on CNC Lathes
  • Inspecting work to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Reading technical drawings
  • De-burring and Linishing
  • Manual Turning and Milling
  • Goods in which will involve heavy lifting

Requirements for this CNC Operator role :

  • Experience in Setting and operating CNC Machines
  • A keen interest in engineering
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a small manufacturing team

    • The Role :

  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
  • Pay rate negotiable depending on experience
