Site Manager | New Build Workshop - Car Showroom - Industrial Farnborough July Start Temp or Perm - £300 a day CIS / £60k - 70k + package. The Project : Demolition & £4m New Build Car Showroom Workshop in Farnborough. The Role : We're looking for a No1 Site Manager, someone who can take projects from Demo to handover reporting in to a visiting Contracts Manager. They need someone who is competent managing sub-contractors, and out of the Ground new build projects. Must have expertise in New Build / Groundworks / Steel Frame / Cladding. You'll be :

• Defending the programme from delay.
• Keeping H&S on track. Reporting Progress Client Liaison. What You'll Need :
• New Build experience - work out of the Ground. Steel Frame / Cladding Experience in the Industrial Sector - ideally Car showrooms. Ideally Trade background. Required Certs :
• SMSTS
