We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage department. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails, delivering cocktail and whisky masterclasses, and meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations of 5-star service. You will also oversee the bar operations in the absence of the Head Bartender, maintaining a clean and organised bar area and collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to support events and other F&B offerings.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a cocktail bar, showcasing an outgoing and confident personality with excellent communication skills. A flexible and willing attitude is essential, as you will be ready to assist across the F&B department. Preferred qualifications include a WSET or similar bartending certification and Level 1 Food Hygiene training or higher.
