Job descriptionThe Drainage Depot Manager oversees daily depot operations, ensuring efficient team management, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and high-quality service delivery. Depot Management : Oversee efficient depot operations, maintain facilities and equipment, and ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations. Staff Management : Lead and support the team, manage schedules and performance, and handle recruitment and onboarding as needed. Operational Coordination : Oversee scheduling, monitor job progress and quality, and coordinate emergency or after-hours responses. Customer Service & Client Relations : Serve as the main contact for key clients, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional service.
FJA is recruiting an experienced Drainage Depot Manager on behalf of a leading independent provider of road sweeping and waste management services.
Location : Waltham Abbey primarily based at the depot, with occasional site visits.
