We are seeking a highly skilled “Solution Architect – Supplychain Systems” – focussing on e2e Solution Architecting for a Large Programme initiative to integrate POS system (Simphony) with Finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, integration design, and a deep understanding of the hospitality / retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the overall solution architecture for large Hospitality / Retail Programmes [ including POS (Simphony / other), Finance, HR , PMS (Opera) ]
• Responsible for creating HLD & LLD.
• Responsible to design interfaces for data exchange between Fusion and 3rd party systems
• Responsible in doing regular reviews & signoffs with client Principal Architect & Architecture Forums
• Create detailed technical specifications, Data flow / Data mapping and integration plans for Finance, Invoicing and ordering systems
• Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows
• Manage transition state where both old & new POS solutions need to exist seamlessly
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solution designs
• Experience in POS solutions and integrating them with Finance systems
