Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Equity Release Lifetime Mortgage Advisor. The advisor will conduct detailed client consultations, provide personalized mortgage advice, and help clients navigate later life lending options. Day-to-day tasks include assessing financial situations, explaining equity release products, preparing mortgage illustrations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The advisor will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Mortgage Marketing, Finance, and Mortgages skills
• Experience in Financial Planning
• CeMap Qualified
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the equity release industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
