About the role :

We are seeking a skilled and personable Maintenance Operative to join our team. Your main duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks at the care home, such as basic plumbing and decorating. You will also be responsible for maintaining the security of the premises and conducting scheduled checks throughout the home.

About you :

We are looking for a Maintenance Operative capable of handling minor repairs and general maintenance tasks, such as basic plumbing and decorating. It is essential that our Maintenance Operatives can work independently and demonstrate initiative. Candidates with experience in carpentry, plumbing, or decorating are preferred.
