As a Leveraged Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of leveraged finance transactions, including :

• Leveraged buyouts
• Acquisition financings
• Debt restructurings
• Unitranche financings
• Mezzanine debt
• Asset-based financings

You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide practical and effective legal advice while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
