Position : Lead Developer / Software Architect (Hands-On)

Location : Mayfair, London (Hybrid – 3 to 4 days in-office per week)

Type : Permanent, Full-Time

A well-established, high-performing global macro hedge fund managing several billion in AUM is seeking a hands-on Lead Developer / Software Architect to drive forward a major technology uplift. Role Overview :

This is a critical technical hire for the business. The successful candidate will help shape the next phase of the firm's growth by designing and delivering robust, modern, and scalable infrastructure to support new systematic trading strategies.

You will be the most senior technical member in a small team of ~5 engineers, with the remit to lead development efforts hands-on while helping to shape architectural standards and future hires. The environment is entrepreneurial, and you’ll work closely with founding partners who bring decades of experience from some of the most respected names in finance.
