VP of Finance

An ambitious investment platform is seeking a proactive and strategic VP of Finance to build and lead its finance function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to define the financial architecture of a growing, globally minded organization and shape the systems that support long-term scale and performance.

What You’ll Do :

• Build and scale the finance function – Hire, develop, and lead a small team while establishing robust financial operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Design and implement core infrastructure – Lead the development of automated processes for bookkeeping, payroll, AP / AR, and tax compliance to support efficient and accurate reporting.
• Drive strategic finance initiatives – Lead planning cycles, management reporting, and forecasting to improve capital allocation and enhance financial decision-making.
• Enhance operational efficiency – Oversee cash flow, intercompany funding, and vendor cost controls to maintain financial discipline and support sustainable growth.
