Location : Gilwell Park, Chingford, London (with hybrid working)

Salary : £39,560 per annum, Band F, Level 3 (inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Contract : Permanent

Hours : Full-time (35 hours per week)

We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Partnerships Account Manager to join our busy fundraising team. You’ll manage a portfolio of exciting partnerships—including Omaze and HSBC UK—and play a key role in delivering income and impact.

You’ll be part of something meaningful—supporting organisations that give young people skills for life.

Key responsibilities of our Partnerships Account Manager include :

• Managing and growing key corporate and funding partnerships
• Ensuring partnerships are delivered, renewed, and expanded where possible
• Handling partner communications, reporting, and invoicing
• Leading cross-departmental collaboration to meet partnership objectives
• Maintaining accurate CRM records (we use RENxt)
• Representing Scouts at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
