Salary : £18 per hour (books in) + van + benefits

Job Description

National Civil Engineering Contractor with a solid pipeline of projects and a growing team who are now recruiting an experienced Working Foreman.

The successful Foreman will be capable of supervising gangs, maintaining records, diaries, delivering toolbox talks and driving a programme.

You should have a demonstrable experience of concrete repairs & waterproof coatings .

Role & Responsibilities

• Comfortable being the main point of contact with the Client.
• Responsible for quality of workmanship in all areas on site
• Responsible for productivity in all areas on site
• Promote a high Health & Safety awareness throughout the site.
• Site records to be maintained.
• Control of works on site in conjunction with other members of site management team.
• Control of plant hire and maintenance and security of same
• Ordering materials and plant for site works.
• Awareness of site budget
• Awareness of programme constraints and driving works to meet targets.
