Civil Site Manager

Time 4 Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Temporary Civil Site Manager for a long-term project in Swansea – working for a well-established and highly reputable civils contractor who provides groundworks, civil engineering, industrial and commercial building services. This is a temporary civile site manager role to start ASAP for up to 6 months’ work but could continue for the long term for the right candidate. As Civil Site Manager you will be overseeing the groundworks package which will include major road works, earthworks, groundworks, excavation, drainage, ducting, foundations, subbase and surfacing. To be successful as civil site manager it is essential you have worked on similar civils / Groundworks projects!!! Essential Requirements :

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First aid
• Excellent knowledge of groundworks / drainage / ducting and surfacing. Key responsibilities :
• Overall supervision of all groundworks, drainage and ducting on site.
• Manage sub contactors to prioritise work
• Liaising with sub-contractors
• Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance throughout the Site.
• Ensure the Site team adhere to the quality of work to meets the clients’ demands.
• Previous Civil Site Manager with 2 years plus experience.
• You MUST be able to demonstrate a proven track record with previous employers confirming length of service and continuity of employment.
