Online Product Coordinator

We are looking for a temporary online product coordinator to support this retailers team. This role does not have any direct reports and is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, with previous experience in fashion e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and update online product listings using in-house systems

Ensure accurate classification and categorisation of products

Prioritise key items for product launches, events, and online features

Check and publish products to websites

Work closely with teams across buying, merchandising, and operations

Monitor product performance and resolve any issues quickly

Ideal candidate :

Experience in buying, merchandising, or e-commerce within a fashion head office

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

A team player with good communication skills

Comfortable working with global teams and different time zones
