You’ll be reporting to the Senior Paraplanner and, ultimately, to our Executive Director, Joe.

This role doesn’t hold any managerial responsibilities.

In addition to these Paraplanning responsibilities, you will follow a structured training and development plan designed to support your transition into a Financial Planner. This program will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to work directly with clients – guiding them towards their financial goals. By the end of the program, you’ll be positioned to provide independent, tailored advice and recommendations that empowers clients to achieve their aspirations and financial security.

The starting salary range for this role is £27,040 to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualification progress towards Chartered status.
