Salary : £32,000 £38,000 (DOE)

Hours : Full-time, Permanent

What Youll Be Doing :

Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery with a focus on high-quality care and education

Inspiring and managing a passionate team, supporting development and wellbeing

Ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and all relevant legislation

Building strong relationships with children, parents, and external agencies

Driving occupancy and contributing to the strategic development of the setting

About You :

Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) ideally Level 5 or above

Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
