My client is an innovative car buying service based in Greater Manchester. They are all about making the car buying process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, helping customers find their perfect car and finance deal quickly, simply, and responsibly. With a strong focus on exceptional customer service, they're looking for a motivated Personal Car Buyer to join their growing team.

Salary and Benefits :

Salary : £27,000 per annum, OTE £40,000 - £50,000

Experience and Skills :

12-18 months of car finance brokerage experience is essential

Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail

Passion for providing an outstanding customer experience

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks

Motivated and driven to exceed targets

Knowledge of the car buying industry is desirable

A flexible, can-do attitude, with availability to work weekends and bank holidays

Ability to work in the office due to regulatory commitments

Job Duties :

Contacting pre-approved customers in a timely manner to start the car buying process

Building strong relationships with both customers and dealerships to ensure the best possible outcomes

Understanding customer needs to match them with the perfect car

Negotiating with dealerships to secure the best deal for customers

Ensuring a seamless transaction between the customer and dealership

Coordinating with the Personal Assistance team for a smooth handover and continued customer care

Working flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis
