Office Administrator – Primary School

Location : Swansea

Hours :   8 : 30-4pm Monday to Friday

Start Date : September 2025

Contract : Temporary, Term-Time Only

Pay : £89.38 per day (paid weekly via agency)

Do you love working in a lively, child-focused environment? Are you super organised with a smiley, can-do attitude? We’re on the lookout for a brilliant Office Administrator to join a friendly primary school via our agency!

This is a fantastic opportunity to be the

go-to person in the school office, keeping things running smoothly and supporting both staff and families!

What You’ll Be Doing :

Welcoming visitors & answering phone calls with a warm, professional manner

Managing emails and day-to-day office tasks

Keeping pupil records up to date (SIMS / Arbor experience a bonus!)

Supporting attendance and safeguarding admin

Ordering supplies & keeping everything well-stocked

Being a friendly point of contact for parents, carers & staff

What We’re Looking For :

Previous admin experience (school-based = big bonus!)

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Knowledge of school systems like SIMS or Arbor (preferred)

A team player with a calm, organised approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply)
