  • Are you an experienced Product Developer with a passion for creating commercial, stylish, and sustainable products? Ready to take the reins of exciting new ranges across lifestyle, seasonal, home and gifting? This could be the role for you.

    A fast-growing, design-led consumer goods brand is looking for a Senior Product Developer to lead product creation across a variety of categories. With a strong UK presence and international reach, they’ve become a trusted name for global retailers thanks to their commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.

    This is your chance to shape meaningful, trend-led products for some of the world’s top retailers – from concept to shelf!

    Key responsibilities will include :

    • Lead development of strategic and seasonal product ranges.
    • Create innovative, commercially strong products and packaging, working closely with design, buying and suppliers.
    • Own key relationships with major UK retailers, acting as the creative and strategic partner.
    • Drive sustainability, reducing plastic and introducing longer-lasting alternatives like textiles.
    • Mentor and inspire junior team members, while upskilling peers across the business.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and account managers to support key launches and growth goals.
    • Travel occasionally to suppliers and manufacturers in the EU and Far East to ensure the best quality and price points.
    • Keep projects on track, on budget, and aligned to margin and critical path targets.
    • What you’ll bring :

    • Around 5 years of product development experience within consumer goods – home, seasonal, stationery preferred.
    • A strong sense of trends – both social and design – and the ability to translate them into commercially viable products.
    • Line management or mentoring experience is a plus.
    • Experience with FOB, own-label, and branded product development ideal.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Super-organised, solutions-focused and confident working in a deadline-driven environment.
