Programme Planner - INSIDE IR35

Our client, a leading global company, are recruiting for a Programme Planner to join the team on a contract basis. The role will be remote with very ad hoc travel that will be expensed.

Programme and project detailed planProgramme resource planPlanning assuranceCapture and tracking of internal and external programme and project dependenciesProgramme Plan reporting e.g for steering groupSupport Project and Programme Managers with the creation and maintenance of Programme / Portfolio plans.Plan reporting to support project and programme reporting requirements.Develop and maintain the programme resource plan, including managing cross-programme resource dependenciesSupport the Project and Programme Manager with alignment of internal and external dependencies across project and programme plansIdentify and review Risks and Issues because of any slippage to the plan.Identify and review Assumptions on which the project and programme Plans are based.Regular project plan status updates and risks & issues, dependencies and assumptions to key stakeholders internally and externallyEstablish and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor the quality of project reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the programmeSkills required :
Must have worked in Programme Planning roles and have commercial experienceStrong analytical and reporting skillsExperience creating dependency plansProficient in portfolio, programme and project plan risk and issue managementProblem SolvingAwareness of a range of project & programme management methodologies / approachesConfident communicator with stakeholders at all levelsPlease apply!
