Sales Order Processor

CSS Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order Processor to join our clients growing team located in Halstead, Essex.

Key Tasks

To prioritise your workload and work to deadlines

To process orders accurately and according to process and record for weekly & monthly reports

To raise shortages with supply chain on purchased stocks and record shortages for weekly & monthly reports

To communicate with planning on shortages on packed stock, to determine production dates and record shortages for weekly & monthly reports

To communicate with planning on requirements on ‘made to order’ lines

To attend weekly S & OP meeting

To communicate efficiently and effectively with external customers

To communicate efficiently and effectively with hauliers

To liaise with Forecast Analyst on orders which exceed predicted forecast

Any other duties requested by a Manager or Director

Pay Rate

12.50 per hour
