Internal Account Manager

Our client is looking for a permanent, full time Account Manager to contribute to the sites sales department through the delivery of competent and efficient customer service to existing and potential accounts. Working Monday- Friday 37.5 hours a week.

Main Duties
prices from designated vendors
ensuring customers are kept fully informed
materials are available to meet the scheduled date for production
materials being charged out to each client within their agreed guidelines and timelines
customer requirements are met

Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Person Specification
A confident articulate individual who will be able to offer high levels of personal drive and focus.
A commercial knowledge combined with excellent customer relationship building skills.
Good attention to detail and be required to demonstrate initiative.
Flexible thinking and self-motivation.
Possess excellent IT skills.
Ability to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.
Ability to work effectively within an established team.
Passionate, hard worker and well organised professional with power to prioritise and multitask.
