What this job involves :

We’re seeking a dedicated Surveyor to join our Office Agency and Tenant Representation team in Glasgow. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of commercial property assessment, market analysis, and client service delivery. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts while developing your skills in property evaluation, market research, and client relationship management.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify suitable properties for clients
• Prepare detailed property marketing materials and contribute to compelling client presentations
• Perform property tours, inspections, and assessments to evaluate conditions and potential
• Maintain comprehensive property databases and client information systems with meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborate with senior team members on lease negotiations and transaction management
• Support business development initiatives through proposal writing and market intelligence gathering
• Analyse market trends and prepare insightful reports to guide strategic decision-making
