The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, thinks creatively, understands sales prospecting tools, and is highly self-motivated. They should also be capable of assessing a company’s needs and tailoring outreach to each account or prospect specifically.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • This position requires an ambitious self-starter with relationship selling skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • 1-3 years of successful experience, preferably in technology sales development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening skills and a positive, energetic presence.
  • Proven success prospecting into large enterprise customers.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • This is a remote position; candidates must be able to work effectively and efficiently remotely.
  • Experience with CRM applications.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually.
  • Review and adhere to Information Security / Privacy Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to Data Classification, Incident Response, Business Continuity, Mobile Device, Account Management, Access Control, Personnel Security, and Privacy Policies.
