LME Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a modern, tech-driven logistics team in Felixstowe. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready for your next challenge in a forward-thinking environment, we want to hear from you.

The role :

Operating a counterbalance forklift to safely move goods within the warehouse

Loading and unloading vehicles

Ensuring stock is accurately stored and recorded

Supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining a tidy workspace

Following all health & safety procedures

About you :

Valid counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited)

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Good communication and teamwork skills

Reliable and proactive attitude
