We’re seeking a future team member for the role of ETF Service Director - Vice President II to join our Asset Servicing - Client Experience team. This role is located in London - Hybrid

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

• Build strong, collaborative relationships, both internally and externally with clients
• Analyses data and information and problem-solving skills
• Operates with a sense of urgency, but who can simultaneously prioritize effectively
• Communicate clearly and concisely and be able to adapt style depending on audience
• Apply strong controls focus, and know when to escalate
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and provide guidance to less experienced team members
