High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with SEND Experience Location :  Bishop's Stortford Full-Time, Long-Term Position Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you have experience supporting children or vulnerable adults? Have you worked in social care or have personal experience with SEND? If so, Protocol Education wants to hear from you! We are currently recruiting for a High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a specialist school that caters to children with a range of SEND, including MLD, SLD, ASD, and PMLD. What we’re looking for : A passion for supporting children with special needs Ability to cover a class for a teacher at a moments notice A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning Ability to quickly build strong relationships with individual students Experience in SEND (desirable but not essential) Training in First Aid, Manual Handling, and Hoisting would be advantageous Must have the right to work (RTW) in the UK.
