Social Worker -Assistant Head of Inclusion in Ealing

Working closely with the Deputy Headteacher, you will lead critical operational and strategic efforts to help pupils achieve their full potential. What you will do :

  • Support the Deputy Headteacher and work closely with Senior Leaders to manage day-to-day operations, striving to help all pupils reach their potential.
  • Lead the school's behaviour management, attendance, inclusion, and safeguarding processes.
  • Serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, managing FAST provision and holding responsibility for family liaison and partnerships.
  • Oversee complex caseloads, ensuring professional responsibility for high-need families and pupils.
  • Coordinate multi-agency assessments and care planning for pupils with various plans, including Looked After status.
  • Drive the development and implementation of behaviour and attendance strategies to ensure a positive school culture.
  • Champion inclusion practices and collaborate with teams to strategise on support for neurodiverse pupils.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safeguarding and behaviour management practices per the TCES Quality Assurance Framework.
  • Foster effective partnerships with parents, carers, local authorities, and external agencies.
