LB371 - Senior Building Surveyor  Location - Croydon Salary - £65,000  Overview : First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor on behalf of one our clients based in Croydon.The ideal candidate will have experience surveying both commercial and domestic propertiesOur client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however, all candidates will be considered. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Leading and managing a variety of building surveying projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing professional advice and identifying new business opportunities
• Provide expert advice and guidance on building surveys, condition reports, party wall matters, defects and other related areas
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports , specifications, schedules, drawings and other related documentation
• Undertake reviews of sites to manage potential risks
• Mentor junior members of the team
