The role involves ensuring customer success and supporting growth beyond planned targets within the assigned territory. Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional relationship management and client support
- Retaining and nurturing the assigned book of business and identify growth opportunities
- Meeting assigned targets for sales renewals
- Creating and maintain accurate records of training provided to clients
- Identifying client training requirements
- Ensuring that decision makers receive quarterly touchpoints
- Updating all opportunities in CRM on a weekly basis and pipeline growth to support
growth objectives.
Ensuring that end users are effectively on boarded within 3 months of subscriptionRequirements
