Here at TeacherActive, we are proud to be working with a number of brilliant secondary schools in and around central Derby, who are currently recruiting for Maths teachers for full-time and part-time positions, starting in September.

The school is looking for someone who has at least 6 months of previous experience teaching Maths up to KS5 level, and is confident in their ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons.

Successful applicants will have :

• QTS specialising in Maths (early career teachers are also encouraged to apply)
• A track record of helping students to achieve outstanding GCSE results
• An excellent knowledge of the curriculum up to KS5 level
• The ability to communicate well with both teachers and students
