Drivers Mates Unity Personnel have recently partnered with a well-known leading retailer of technology products and services, operating through online and 829 stores in 7 countries. Due to an increase in demand, we are now recruiting for Drivers Mates to join their team. Responsibilities : -

• Ensuring that the van is loaded and all stock is present and correct.
• Calling customers to confirm delivery slots in a polite and professional manner.
• Supporting the Driver with duties as required.
• Delivery to customers’ homes which will require manual handling as it could be anything from a kettle to large American fridge freezers. Person specification : -
• Polite and professional manner.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good attention to detail.
• Excellent customer services.
• Flexible in your approach.
• This is working weekends only
• Previous experience within a similar role.
• OK with manual handling as some items are large and heavy. You will be put on a rota that works 5 shifts over 8 days and this is a long term opportunity. You must be OK with working weekends. 7.30am start until finish. Please note that a Basic DBS check will need to be done in order to progress with the role.
