Location : Sheffield

Salary : £26,371.80

IMMEDIATE START!

Main responsibilities :

• Ensure all team members are adequately trained across the service lines.
• Ensure all processes are followed correctly by their team, reporting and tracking any process failures through the centralised issues log.
• Regularly review processes and identify risks, ensuring they are mitigated.
• Serve as the escalation point for their team and clients for issues and enquiries.
• Represent the business professionally, demonstrating pride in the service, and act as the ‘go to’ person for client enquiries in the absence of the Team Manager.
• Support the Senior Management team to grow the business and meet all contractual obligations, delivering operational excellence.
• Champion best practices and utilise resources to maximise efficiency.
• Assist the Team Manager in managing multiple teams and locations where appropriate.
