We seek to recruit experienced backshift & nightshift production operators to support our clients' business needs. We are currently recruiting additional production operators for ongoing work.

Job Role Information

  • Position : Production Operative
  • Location : Moodiesburn, Glasgow
  • Duration : Temporary ongoing

Pay Rates

Over 21 years of age

  • Backshift £13.43 / hr, £20.15 overtime
  • Nightshift £15.87 / hr, £23.81 overtime

    • Under 21 years of age

  • Backshift £11.81 / hr, £17.72 overtime
  • Nightshift £13.96 / hr, £20.94 overtime

    • Shift Times

  • Backshift : 1500 to 2300
  • Nightshift : 2300 to 0700

    • Shift Pattern

    Ongoing shifts : 3 x backshifts, 3 x nightshifts, then 3 days off

    Pay Model

    PAYE

    Role Description

    This is an exciting ongoing contract role in the production area, where you will become an integral team member.

    Duties

  • Operate individual work stations, using own initiative
  • Produce sausage casings for sausages
  • Use good dexterity skills, working with hands and fingers at pace

    • Experience & Requirements

  • Previous production experience is advantageous
  • Comfortable with repetitive roles
  • Experience working with food products
  • Maintain good hygiene standards
  • Reliable, punctual, with a good work ethic
  • Good communication skills

    • All applicants will receive a full site induction and training. PPE will be provided by the site.
