Senior Employment Solicitor

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious employment solicitor to join a growing, values-led firm in Greater Manchester and reintroduce a core service line with full support from the senior leadership team.

You’ll step into a ready-made flow of employer-side work and have the autonomy to shape the team, service, and direction — with a direct pathway to progression and influence across the wider commercial offering.

Who we’re looking for

• 6+ PQE in employment law
• Confident working independently on employer-focused matters
• Commercial mindset with BD or networking experience
• Organised, proactive, and able to collaborate cross-functionally
• Entrepreneurial and motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful

Salary & Benefits

• 60,000–£70,000 (depending on experience)
