Lookers Stoke BMW is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our friendly team on site. Specialising in used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide Lookers first-class customer service.

Joining our sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will be working with Tony Crolla (General Manager), who will help enhance your knowledge and experience, supporting your career development within the industry.

Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact, paying close attention to detail to understand customer wants and needs.

We have revamped our onboarding process, including a 3-day Sales Induction Programme at our Stoke dealership, which may require some travel and overnight stays, all paid for under our expenses policy.

This role involves :

• Communicating with customers via email, phone, and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying test drives
• Negotiating sale prices
• Completing relevant paperwork

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate. You will need to meet targets, so ambition and hard work are essential. Motor trade experience is required.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome new talent. A full UK driving license is necessary, as you may drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
