We're looking for a dedicated Portfolio Manager w ith a solid foundation in development finance, analytical capabilities, and a good understanding of the UK property market to join a high-performing Development Finance team.

• You’ll oversee the full post-completion lifecycle of development loans, identifying early warning signs, recommending restructuring strategies, and ensuring projects remain on track.
• You’ll conduct site visits, liaise with borrowers and professionals, and provide key insights to support strategic credit decisions.
