Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a Fostering and Kinship Team in Telford.

Responsibilities :

• Undertake assessments within the kinship pathway, focusing on quality and analytical practice to ensure safe placements within children’s networks.
• Manage a complex caseload of assessments through private and public law, producing high-quality court reports.
• Deliver training and support to other services, applicants, and carers to foster cohesive working relationships.
• Participate in meetings and forums to promote kinship care, encourage early referrals, and seek permanence for children within their networks.

The team is experienced, supportive, friendly, and passionate about their work. The role involves interesting, complex, and challenging work aimed at achieving placement stability and permanence for children.

Must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, and have post-qualification experience.
