Job Title : Assistant Manager Location : Southend-on-Sea Salary : £29,000 per annum Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week (exact start times as directed by the Registered Manager, on-call is required as directed by the Registered Manager) Reports to : Registered Manager Purpose of the Role : To support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with CQC regulations, and a positive working environment for staff and residents. The Assistant Manager will act as a role model, offering leadership, guidance, and practical support to the team while maintaining a strong focus on residents’ wellbeing and outcomes.
