Aerogen is a leading industrial manufacturing company.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Manual Factory Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with mills and lathes. This position is well-suited for an individual with knowledge of milling experience, or has had some experience of metal working with industrial machinery.

    • Requirements

  • Proficiency in operating mills
  • Strong background in manual machining preferred
  • Must have the ability to read engineering machining drawings
  • Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must live and have Right to Work in UK

    • Responsibilities

  • Operate manual machining equipment, including mills and lathes, to produce components according to specifications.
  • Assemble parts and components using various techniques, ensuring accuracy and quality in all assembly processes.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Apply basic maths skills to measure dimensions accurately and calculate tolerances.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
