Are you looking for a flexible part-time role while gaining experience in a supportive, team focused environment?
Join our General Insurance team, where you’llhelp Tesco Insurance and Money Services customers with their home and motor insurance needs. In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle inbound calls, assist customers with policy changes, providing financial support and promote self-service options. Whether it’s resolving queries, retaining customers, or ensuring a smooth experience, your ability to deliver outstanding service will be key.

Training That Sets You Up for Success
Although the role is part-time, you'll start with 4 weeks of full-time, in-person training (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) to set you up for success. You’ll then move into a supportive “graduate bay” to gain real experience with guidance before transitioning into your team.
