The Role   As the Plumber, you’ll : Perform planned and reactive maintenance across university buildings. Collaborate with various departments to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions. Complete necessary documentation pre and post tasks to maintain accurate records. Utilise your knowledge of heating and ventilation systems for repairs and maintenance. Drive between university sites to carry out essential maintenance work. You   To be successful in the role of Plumber, you’ll bring : A qualification of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in plumbing or heating engineering. Extensive experience in a mechanical services or plumbing maintenance environment. A thorough understanding of heating and ventilation systems. A full, current driving licence to navigate between sites. A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.   What's in it for you?
