Salary : £33,000 per year

Employment Type : Full-time, 37.5 hours / week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, no nights, flexible working

Responsibilities :

• Ensure staff complete induction and skills training; identify retraining needs
• Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues in line with procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Address client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and cover absences
• Identify operational improvements
• Conduct weekly meetings with Operations Managers
• Interface with clients for KPI reporting
