Senior Project Planner HV / Substations Glasgow

A major engineering contractor delivering grid connection and high-voltage infrastructure across the UK is looking for a Senior Project Planner to join its planning and delivery team in Glasgow. This is a permanent opportunity to work on some of the UK's most significant energy transition and power infrastructure projects.

You'll bring advanced programme management expertise in substation, HV / MV, and utility-scale projects, playing a critical role in the successful execution of major schemes from tender through handover.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage fully integrated Level 14 programmes for HV electrical infrastructure projects using Primavera P6
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams to define sequencing and resource planning
• Oversee the creation and tracking of detailed construction schedules, reporting progress against key milestones
• Identify and communicate critical path activities, resource constraints, and delivery risks
