What you will do : –

Engage effectively and manage relationships with vulnerable children, young people, families, and other stakeholders within the community.

Collaborate with partners to provide targeted support and interventions for children and families, ensuring their needs are met.

Formulate, implement, and review agreed care plans that cater to the unique requirements of each child and family.

Perform timely assessments of service users’ needs, using practice guidance and departmental policies and procedures to ensure the best outcomes.

Work within a statutory Children’s Services setting, demonstrating awareness of your role’s impact as a childcare professional.
