Job descriptionProactively support and work with the Talking Shop Rep in your store. Support team engagement in your store. Play a part in creating an inclusive culture where everyone can be their best. Take a proactive approach to personal development and share your own knowledge to support up-skilling the team. Complete any actions set for you by your line manager on the back of the daily floor walk focusing on what the customer sees.

As Duty Manager you will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time that you manage shifts.
Key responsibilities include :

- Have a clear focus on delivering great availability for your customers.
- Play an active role in your store to “sell a £1 & save a £1” to help drive sales.
- Deliver on all agreed actions set for you by your line manager.
