Link3 Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Room Leader and qualified Early Years Practitioners (part-time or full-time) to join a dynamic team located in BS20 Portishead.

Room Leader Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Early Years Practitioners within a designated room
- Design and implement a high-quality curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Monitor and maintain exceptional standards of care, education, and safeguarding
- Support and mentor team members, contributing to ongoing professional development
- Act as Deputy in the absence of the Nursery Manager
- Foster positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents / carers
Essential Criteria :
Minimum Level 4 qualification in Early Years or a related fieldAt least two years leadership experience in an early years settingComprehensive understanding of EYFS and safeguarding proceduresExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsEnhanced DBS and satisfactory professional referencesEarly Years Practitioner Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities in line with the EYFS frameworkCreate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment to support children's learning and wellbeingContribute to observations, assessments, and progress tracking for individual childrenBuild and maintain effective relationships with families and team membersAttend to children s personal care needs with sensitivity and high hygiene standardsEssential Criteria :
