The role :

We are seeking a Project / Senior Project Manager to join our Central Rail Systems Alliance (CRSA) Enhancements team. The role involves securing and delivering multi-million-pound rail infrastructure projects and programs across the portfolio.

The Project Manager will oversee our experienced design and delivery teams in the UK and manage key client accounts to ensure CRSA remains the first choice for our clients. Travel within the role is expected to attend project sites, CRSA, and client offices as required.

Your Purpose :

• Deliver major multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Support bid management and secure future opportunities for growth.
• Promote and maintain high safety standards on all sites.
• Establish and build relationships with alliance partners, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage supply chain and subcontractors confidently.
• Oversee multiple projects, managing various demands and stakeholders simultaneously.

Security clearance :

This role may require security clearance, which depends on obtaining the relevant level. The vetting process is managed by UKSV and may require proof of UK residency for 5 years or more. Please do not mention current or past security clearances in your application or CV.
