Job Description The Packaging and Graphics Designer is responsible for the conceptual creation and development of packaging artworks and graphics for Frasers Group own-brand categories (primarily for Sports Direct), as well as guiding and mentoring junior members of the team on their own briefs. They will understand manufacturing processes, production methods and materials, and they must be able to manage a diverse workload whilst ensuring the highest standards. The individual must be able to communicate and discuss designs with colleagues and buyers. As a packaging designer, the individual is responsible for designing and creating the artworks for all consumer packaging i.e.
primary and secondary packs, using their expertise and knowledge of manufacturing processes to ensure artworks are suitable for packaging production.
The designer has a responsibility to ensure brand integrity is maintained through all aspects of the design processes and must be able to implement a high level of quality consistently in a timely and cost-effective manner. Qualifications
